Arylon tube material
We use our original material "Arylon" (high silicon cast iron).
What is Arylon
"Arylon" is an iron-based alloy cast iron containing 14.5% or more of silicon, and is widely used in the chemical industry as an excellent acid-resistant material with a wide range of adaptability and long-term corrosion resistance as an acid-resistant cast iron. Has greatly contributed to the progress and development of.The name is a registered trademark derived from Asid-Resistant IRON, and is used as a synonym for acid-resistant high-silicon cast iron products in Japan.
Features of acid-resistant high silicon cast iron "Arylon"
It withstands many inorganic acids other than phosphoric acid, high-temperature concentrated hydrochloric acid and high-temperature alkali, organic substances, and various hydrochloric acid solutions very well, and exhibits stable acid resistance even under heating and high temperature conditions. Especially for sulfuric acid, it exhibits acid resistance at all concentrations (excluding fuming sulfuric acid). Since it has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, it has good erosion resistance with chemicals containing slurry components. It can be used as a very stable acid-resistant material because it is not subject to local corrosion such as pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion as seen in stainless steel.
Features of acid-resistant alloy pearlite cast iron "Olemon"
Shows strong acid resistance to concentrated sulfuric acid (95 to 100%) and fuming sulfuric acid. Due to the effect of Ni, it has great corrosion resistance to alkaline aqueous solutions and alkaline molten salts. It is the best material for melting pots such as aluminum and zinc. It has high wear resistance and can be used for friction parts. The workability is good, and it is the same as the case of ordinary cast iron.
"Superon" and "Audilon"
With the withdrawal of the business of Nissan Kiko Co., Ltd., our company Sanko Pump Mfg. Co., Ltd. has taken over the manufacture and sale of "Superon" and "Ogilon" inherited by Kyodo Kikai Seisakusho Co., Ltd. Thank you for your patronage with "Olemon".
